Product Care:  Our planters are made with the highest quality Western Red Cedar, known for its strength, durability and resistance to decay, moisture and insects. Over time the cedar can fade from the light orangey-brown shade to more of a light gray shade. Clean cedar with a mild soap or a biodegradable wood cleaner when desired. You can seal cedar by applying a high-quality, non-toxic wood sealant such as a UV protection oil. A multi-purpose oil protects against water and dirt as well as protecting against wood swelling and shrinkage.
